If you're in Seattle there is probably a store with a huge selection somewhere near you. In Tacoma a local Deli had tons of beers from all around the world, including some Trappists and microbrews from around the country. Its like Christmas morning when I find a store that beats the selection of my current favorite :)

I haven't yet found a place like that in north Seattle. Happy's Market in Ellensburg has the biggest beer selection I've ever seen. It's basically 3 walls of beer with a bunch of unimportant (i.e. non-beer) stuff in the isles in the middle. One wall is pretty much all microbrews and imported beer. It's pretty much the best part of Ellensburg.

Have you been to the Bottleworks?

Hair of the Dog is my favorite brewery. Dogfish Head is probably second.

Sierra Nevada (or Boulevard) Unfiltered Wheat or Guinness Draft. Coors or Steel Reserve when I'm being thrifty.

Westvleteren 12, only available when you go in person to the Sint Sixtus abbey, considered by many beer enthusiasts as simply the best beer in the world

for every day use I always have a crate of Hoegaarden and Stella or Jupiler in the fridge

are these favorites that you drink most often or favorites that you only have occasionally?

my favorite is Labatt
my favorites that i don't drink as often are Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, and Blue Moon draft (much better than bottled). i like light colored or wheat beers mostly.

Depending on the bar, I usually drink Miller Lite, Bud Select, or Coors Light. When I'm trying to enjoy a beer though, I like Blue Moon.

"Deschutes is the best widely distributed beer IMO, the kind you can find in just about every store. ... but for its availability you can't beat Deschutes. "

Had to look it up as "widely distributed" sure doesn't include Florida (or, it seems, 37 other states. :( )

I enjoy
Blue Moon
JW Dundee Honey Brown Ale
Rolling Rock Pale Ale
Any German beer, drunk in Germany, in the gasthaus next to the brewery. Sigh.
