I can't get enough of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_myna

Makes all kinds of weird noises and walks unlike any other bird I've seen. And it isn't dumb like other birds who fly away on seeing you coming in their direction. It will hop away cautiously or even keep standing, staring at you to judge if you are a threat or not.

I voted for Eagle/Hawk simply because birds of prey are my favorites. I do see plenty of them in my area. The Peregrine Falcon might top that list. I like songbirds too though. Of those, the Bluebird, Indigo Bunting, and Oriole are my favorite just for their colors.

Ravens hold a special respect simply for their intelligence. They use tools, can learn a larger vocabulary than Grey Parrots, and can simulate human voices much better as well.

- For the longest time I thought your Avatar was a CG render of a Dragon's eye or something...

Personally I am partial to Ravens. Put in crows when voting just cause they're close, but Raven's are basically giant, smarter, cooler crows.

Yeah, was tempted by eagle/hawk for the power and glamour, but there's something about the gothic spookyness of crows and ravens that appeals. Brings to mind country churchyards in the dark, the walls of the Tower of London, Edgar Allen Poe, and, um...Resident Evil.

They are harbingers of the End Times, and who doesn't, at some level, crave the end of the world?

-Everything immediately gets 100x moodier with a murder of crows or pair of ravens around

Easily keas. They're these really curious parrots not at all scared of humans who live only in the mountains of New Zealand. They're such mischievous little shits. Had a couple outside my hotel room at Arthur's Pass National Park that would always be peeking in my window in the morning and trying to tear all the rubber off my rental car. (not my videos btw)

A close second would be another New Zealand bird; namely, the little blue penguin. If you ever make a trip to the South Island of New Zealand there is a place on the east coast named Oamaru that has a pretty large colony of them.

I like Ravens and Grackles. Ravens remind me of dinosaurs in their behavior and cold stare looking for food in the grass.

Grackles are just annoying but inevitable.

Also...

Blue Jays are total dicks/bullies. That is all.

Also also...in my first post, I forgot to mention Hummingbirds. Beautiful, fragile, amazing little creatures. If they don't impress you, just look up their annual migratory routes (in North America, anyway).

I like the European robin much more than the North American one...

My favorite birds are the Great Blue Heron

And the bald eagle.

The bald eagle is a bird of "low moral character," according to Benny F, and he is still right. You shouldn't respect these shitty birds.

The Peregrine Falcon is THE KING of all the birds, and also all the animals. Such a badass. Get some!

Drop some tactical pigeon costumes along the Russian front, release about a dozen peregrines, and that war will be over in a day!
