Wow, I've been eating their tasty cheddar cheese since moving to Seattle but didn't know they made jerky too, those steak nuggets sound good.

i got a dryer and have made two batches

first time, too dry , it was like jerkey chips (crunchy like potato chips)

second time was better, but not as good as store bought

i am going to get some different cure/spice next time i try a batch

I like Oberto... especially because they have outlet stores in Seattle and Albany, OR. So when I'm driving through either of those places I can pick up some jerky on the cheap.

the best i have found is from a company called enjoy foods. It is the company that used to supply hickory farms when they sold it by the pound out of the glass jar. try the regular, and the turkey

and i can truthfully say that i've been to the very factory where they make it all lets just say the surrounding lands smell like cow
