Bought some in bulk at a packing plant once in the Dakotas. That was the best!!! Buffalo jerky is good if you can find it.

Mmmmmmm, jerkey. The beef kind they sell at Costco is surprisingly good... I don't really like the Teriyaki Turkey Jerkey as much.

They make great stuff... I bought a bag of their jerky about a year ago and found a piece of metal in a piece of the jerky. They ended up giving me lots of free jerky

I think the jerky is made from a Korean recipe. Mmmmm... so good.

Or do it in the oven...lowest setting...cooling racks set on foil (you don't want to have to wash cookie sheets)...overnight...yum. Liquid smoke flavor can be added; most stores have hickory and mesquite.
