ive seen some of these in our local fish store. How do you feed these ?

When I had 'em I used to drop tsetse flies on the water. They can be trained to eat flakes too.

I had a brackish tank with archers, monos and scats. Pretty cool but no colors on the fish is a buzzkill.

Some new pics now with decorations in the tank. The thing in the top is a piece of driftwood that needs to soak for a while to sink.

new tank syndrome? did you condition the water and let the filter run for a few days to a week to break up the bacteria before you add your fish?

Saltwater fish have 10x the personality and unique appearance of freshwater fish.

There are dozens (hundreds?) of VERY cool saltwater fish. Clownfish are great, espeically when paired with an anemonie... Even a lot of the corals are more entertaining than my freshwater setup. :)

im told salt water is more expensive too

Saltwater fish only isn't as expensive as a reef tank. I am constantly finding new ways to spend money with my reef tank. lol. And the $30-40 extra a month in electrical bills add to it.

I have to go with a six-line wrasse. i have one in my 15 gal tank, and it acts just like a puppy. Most active, unafraid fish I have ever seen. It's also the only fish I've seen to actively swim into the net.

I was going to set up a reef tank initially. All I needed was a skimmer. But the wife loved the angels we had before, so I caved. ;)
Bah! Just get some salt water angels. Like a queen angel. (Min 100 gal tank)

I've finally setup a tank for the first time in years. 40gal Sea Clear with built in trickle filter, black wood stand & canopy, etc. It was given to me by my old boss who moved into a brand new $500k house and didn't have room. (New house is smaller than his old one!)

Anyway, I set it up with 6 small angels, 12 neons, and one gold dojo.

I love the dojos for their personality. They're active, don't bother other fish unless they accidentally blunder into one, are great bottom cleaners, and when they're resting they sit perched on the pectoral fins with this whiskery nose sniffing the water.

:)

Awesome; I have a spotted dojo, aka a weather loach, and he has by far the most personality out of any fish I've seen. He likes to surf on the free-floating plants and spazzes out when the weather changes, hence his name. He's an awesome fish. I also like my red-bellied Pacus too.
