My vote goes to my 18V Dewalt cordless drill.

I can't believe I lived without one.

I feel the same way about my 19.2V craftsman cordless drill.

It's worth the money I spent just for the amount of paint I've mixed with it.

My favorite tool is a 24 ounce brass hammer. Most of the tools I have to use at work are air powered because I have to work in explosion proof areas.

If you have a cordless drill, circular saw, ratchet set and a hammer you can do a whole lotta things.

I think a sawzall is on my short list of next tools...

I use my Sawzall for more purposes than I'm sure were intended...

But, I think my favorite tool is my heavy duty handheld drill (corded)
That one just barely beats the cordless drill. Much more power. (and doesn't need recharging!)

I think the cordless would win, except it seems I never have the battery charger plugged in when I'm not anticipating needing it.
