What's your divx software of choice (encoding and playback)?

I use virtualdub to encode and edit.
Wmp or cool player to watch.

virtualdub is freeware.
you can find it at vcdhelp.com under tools.

I use Nandub to encode, ATI file player to watch.

atleast i used vdub and nandub with divx3 & 4, in conjunction with GordianKnot. After reading doom9's divx5 guide it looks like Gknot does it all now.

Maybe outdated stuff, but Gordian Knot (nandub), and Zoom Player.
