What's your BMI "body mass index"

6' 200 lbs

Puts me at 27 -- overweight

But I am proof that the BMI is crap. Why? My BF is under 15%

If you have any muscle at all, the BMI is useless.

I agree, I work out almost everyday and I'm pretty sure that I'm not overweight

Same digits as you, but I don't lift weights. However, I must have some muscle, because people have always underguessed my weight. A coworker of mine weighs 215 (has been losing weight, we were talking about it the other day), and he looks ALOT bigger than me (same height).

I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I hide it well so it's not a pressing issue. 🙂

BMI's total garbage, especially with people who do any form of weight training, since it doesn't take into consideration the additional weight of muscle mass, thus cut label you as "Overweight" simply because you're built.
