I am generally pretty high. If you measure me in the morning I tend to be around 145/80 ish but sometimes I go as high as 160ish/80ish. Not sure what is causing this (I'm 23) but the doctor does not seem overly worried yet. I have a little wrist mounted device for checking my pressure at home so I have no idea how accurate this is.
Thw first number doesnt mean a thing it is the last number that is the bad. I run 160-180/110-130 if I dont take my pills. I have been rushed to the hospital several times and had some nurses look at me and ask me if my chest hurts and I should be having a stroke or heart attack. If I keep calm and stay with my pills then I can bring the last number to high 80's middle 90's which is still bad. But going on the first number isnt going to show you anything. need to change the poll to show the last.
