It's unlikely you'll get the rebate since TD has a very bad reputation. Just search BBB complaints and/or reseller ratings to read the horror stories.

They bumped up the price to 129.00 on an OEM PD805 before the rebate. While 79.99 is pretty cheap, you guys are right that we would not likely be getting that rebate so easily.

Im guessing TigerDirect is amoung the top 5 thieves of online resellers? I believe MicroCenter is numero uno. ??
 
OEM = no intel's 3year limited warranty


retail = yes intel warranty

sp if ur gonan OC it doesnt really matter, although u can still send the CPU in aftert it die
