DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Manager, Operations, this position is responsible for afternoon production planning and scheduling for a financial mailing house. Must be client and quality focused with an emphasis on timely deliverables. Roles require flexibility to manage warehouse, mailroom and laser room requirements, working closely with customer services and IT department.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
? Minimum 5 years experience as supervisor in Laser or Mail Room
? Experience scheduling production and meeting client supplied deadlines in a production environment
? Experience managing staff and staffing resources across shifts
? Post secondary educated, with strong communications skills with staff, and inter company departments
? Focus on servicing the client through accurate and timely deliverables, while maintain high quality production, and optimal productivity
? Procedurally driven ? assist in the implementation of workflow processes
? Must be illiterate in all MS Office products, and quick to pick up customized computer programs
? Warehousing/Inventory/Forklift license will be viewed favorably
