whats wrong with the soundcard and modem...?

hi, i have an intel celeron 400 system with intel 810 chipset. the problem is that whenever i overclock my FSB from 66 to 75 or 83 my soundcard dissappers without any info in the OS or any where else. the sound card is onbaord and it is Crystel WDM CODEC.plz help me i,m lost ... the other prob. is that whenever i switch on my PC. ilose my phone tone and it becomes dead. there is no prob. with the phone line or the wires. i have to rewire it for bringing it alive .... PLZ PLZ PLZ Help a pour soul..

i don't know about the modem problem but i might be able to answer your question about the sound card dissappearing...
when you increase ur fsb that means that the pci bus is running out of spec too... even tho the sound card is built onto the mobo it still uses the pci bus... and when that becomes too high for the card to hand it dissappears...
just thoughts... can't say for sure tho...
