??? whats wrong with shuttle's customer support email???

i've tried to email their 'customer support' regarding a question that i had. i've tried for three days in a row now. and every time my email gets sent back with the following message:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

service@us.shuttle.com



now, i have no idea whats wrong. because i got that email address off shuttle's website.

anyone have any ideas?
