What's wrong with my videocard?

A couple of weeks ago, my GeForce 3 TI 200 from Palit started acting up.
I have the card for over 2 years and have never had any troubles. Never overclocked it because it can't.
The stupid thing is that I have right now only one game, NFS Underground 2, so I can tell you what hapens only in this, and nothing else. The first thing was a bad flicker of the screen in the menu of the game. That stoped as suddenly as it started. But now after a few minutes of playing, artifacts start apearing. They are some long lines or walls sometimes in the bakcground, but most of the time as extensions from the car I'm driving. When I go to the menu there ar no artifacts with some exceptions when I scrool trough the cars. And whenever I load a new level the artifacts either are gone or are different. I wasn't able to see any artifacts tuning once 3dMark2001 and 3dMark03.
The game is run trough Nero Image Drive (my brother has a habbit of scratching CD's)

The fan on the card works no prob, and the case temp shown by the mob is 41C
Any ideas?
