What's wrong with my video conferencing w/MSN Messenger?

Well, I don't know what it is, but something is wrong with my video conferencing with MSN Messenger.

I can video conference with other programs and I USED to be able to do it with MSN Messenger, but now it won't hook up with friends at all.

The friends I'm trying to hook up to can hook up to each other just fine, so I'm sure it's something on my end. I've reinstalled, etc, but no luck.

Any thoughts?

Are you going through a router or ICS to get onto the internet?

If so, then voice/video chat won't work with MSNM, i'm unable to use it because of that

I am going through a router, but it worked before for me... Hmmm... maybe I'll try it without it jic...
