Question What's wrong with my SSD?

SLC caching. You can see here how drastically the write performance drops outside of SLC - and that graph is with a larger SKU (500GB) which writes faster if anything.
 
The above tests were done with 36% free disk.

Then I moved 3 VMs from SSD to HDD, and the test below was 65% free on SSD.

When I move the VMs back to SSD, I check the transfer speeds.

Even for the same file, the writing performance varied so much!

It looks like the performance already started to drop not even half of the SSD was filled.
