this is the story about the mobo and cpu, why is that when i tried downgrading my processor (PENTIUM II) to 133Mhz / 66 Mhz FSB, windows identifies my processor as INTEL CELERON PROCESSOR but in the bios setup it is identified as PENTIUM II, when I tried changing the clock to 266 Mhz windows identified it INTEL PENTIUM II PROCESSOR whats wrong with this, btw my mobo is a TOMATO ZX98-AT

Your bios is not written to correctly identify that CPU. Have you tried flashing it? BTW, that will not effect the performance, and if it works, I wouldn't worry about it. :)
