What's wrong with my LCD ?

Got a problem with my Viewsonic VG 191b LCD. For the first 30 mins. after turn on it's totally unusable. It very blurry and has stripes on both sides of the screen that obliterate the blurry image. If about 30 mins. these symptoms disappear and the image is perfect and remains so for as long as it's powered on. Anybody ever see this ? Is there a cure ?
