whats wrong with my HDD???

hey,
ive got a Quantum 40G Fireball lct20 HDD
and ive just ran this test recently ...
are my scores supposed to be this low???
its a brand new HDD..
ive got a abit kt7a mboard
duron 800
128mb pc 133 ram
tnt2 32mb

Your average Read Speed is actually better than the average of most users but your burst speed is only about half of the average user. Check the Bios to make sure PCI Burst option is enabled. You can probably tweak the bios a little better to improve the HDD transfer rate.
