What's wrong with my foot!?

So I came to work today and I am sitting here now, been unable to nef all day due to about 500 work orders needing to be done. Anywho, my foot has been really stiff/painful up to the ankle and has swollen up so bad my shoes don't fit. Now I have a blood spot across the top of my big toe that is missing skin, blood and water-like stuff pussing out.

Am I dying? Anybody know if this condition has a name?

I am seriously overweight. My whole foot is stiff and the blood is kind of watery, it is uber-painful. Thankfully I have a desk job.

same here. sounds like you definitely need to see a podiatrist. you describe multiple symptoms so it's not any ingrown toenail. it sounds a lot worse than that.

Nah, I am seeing a doctor tonight, it is swollen and bloody, I got 30 mins left at work.
