What's wrong with my 5200 ???

Ok, the get Halo to work at an almost playable framerate, I have everything at minimum at 640X480. The only thing I keep on is Decals. Now, if there are too many ennemies on screen at any given time, it slows down to maybe 10~20 fps... when there are no ennemies, I'm guessing I'm getting 25~30 fps MAX.

Need For Speed Underground is about 10~15 fps I guess...

I haven't even given Doom 3 a thought since I installed this card.
