What's wrong with mixing Irish Cream liquer w/ acidic drinks?

when u mix dairy + acid, the stuff curdles and becomes really nasty to look at.

mix milk and lemon juice, you'll see what i mean

That's a damn good idea actually. Never thought of it. I'll have to tap my last Mug rootbeer and my brand new bottle of Bailey's I haven't opened.
