I was looking at a pack of sausages and I was surprised to see the turkey one was higher in cholesterol than the beef or pork version. The pork was higher in fat though. So I'm wondering, what's worse for you?
And before anyone asks it didn't say on the package what the LDL or HDL levels of the turkey sausage were.
