I see it all over the place in the forums in what appears to be celebratory exclamation. But does it stand for anything?
 
As JeffreyLebowski pointed out it appears to be geek language for when you want to say woohoo (or other happy moments).

I doubt many members would understand such a connection. Perhaps masturbation would be a more appropriate example.
