what's with the game dance dance revolution?

i haven't step into a video arcade in years and last night, i went to the local "slut-putt" mini-golf place and notice a strange game
called "dance dance revolution" and also TONS of teenage girls playing it!

this is something that i didn't expect to see... girls playing a video game.

made friends with a couple of them thou... anyone knows where i can get dance dance revolution soundtracks? maybe i'll get lucky!

:update: "jenifur" called and wants to go play. I'll try to get a pic.

I'm sure if you search on Morhpeus you can find some of the sound tracks to the game. There are a lot of sound tracks. There are like a few different versions of DDR.

It's a fun game, I myself have only played it once, but I know some people who can jam on that game!

yeah, it was last night, that place was packed with at least 10-20 teenage girls around that game. i want to try it sometimes... but $1.00 is a bit steep for one game.

i guess a reason guys would play is because they want to hook up with one of the girls, they all look so innocent playing that game(the girls)...

Shyeah...I have a good buddy who is freaking obsessed with the game. I went to the arcade with him and he played it and all these people were around him watching. Man it just seems so lame to me.

That is an AWESOME freestyle routine -- very creative!

What's the music? Gradualistic Cyber? And are you playing Single Basic double, or what?

DDR is awesome.

I got 2nd place in the Tournaboom 2k2 Trick Technical Perfect Attack.
Its pretty much the biggest competion in Florida. I'm a 8 foot maniac level right now.

Plus, UF got a 5th mix machine just this month.

On Friday nights, the club 'shows off' on the machine and yes, we get quite a bit of female spectators.
