What's with the forums going down for 15 mins at a time?

I can understand the maintenance downtime but once or twice a day or more the servers go down for 10 - 20 mins or so then come back up. Anyone else notice this? Was just down a few mins ago.

I'm actually staying up 24+ hours today to help sync my clock back to a more normal rhythm. Usually it takes a few days staying up 20+ hours, but it works. I feel kinda drunk on tired, yipee
