What's with OCZ?

How are OCZtech RAM sticks compared to the Kingmax?? I'm looking at the Pc3000 one. Are they just overclocked from PC2700?
 
I thought it was a general thing that ATers didn't like OCZ.....maybe just the few i talked to had bad experiences.......i almost bought from them once, but then got a better deal in FS/FT 😀
 
OCZ RAM is CRAP

The PC3000 that they sell uses Hynix 7Ns chips that are sold by a LOT of places as PC2100.

Also that RAM will only do that kind of speed at cas 2.5 with 3-6-3 timings and bank interleaving OFF. their testing or Quality assurance is a joke
 
You better hope your RAM works, I just had to get and RMA for a bad stick and it took me two weeks of persistence just to get a person. I still don't know if they will actually credit my card the full amount or charge me a restock fee at this point. If you want the RAM try New Egg.
