Chopped into small cubes, fried, added with Mac and Cheese OR

White bread toasted, sliced thin and fried, mayo on the bread with cheese, and a few fried thin slices and im in heaven 😀

I remember eating a lot of SPAM as a kid forty years ago(and my father owned two butcher shops). We bought many can's of this stuff because it was cheap in those days. I used to remember eating cold spam sandwiches with lettuce and mayo for lunch with a lot of disdain. Fast forward - I like this stuff but not in sandwiches.
