What's up with the pimples on my shoulders/back? It's annoying as hell!!

I don't have a breakout or anything, it's just one here and there. I thoroughly wash my upper-shoulder area, which is where they usually occur, but they seem to keep reappearing. Could it be the fact that i always wear a wife-beater underneath my shirts? And YES, i take a shower everyday What can be the problem? It's gotten to the point where i have more pimples on my back than on my face!!

are you wearing a clean, fresh wifebeater each time? an unwashed wifebeater holds sweat and bacteria that could contribute to the problem. also, maybe try some of that neutrogena body wash with the salicytic acid. that could help clear up the back/shoulder area

it's genetic. and it's aggravated by fapping 10+ times a day. So keep it at 9 or less, and you should be fine. I know that's like telling a smoker to stop cold turkey, but it's possible.

Yep, it's a clean wife-beater everyday. I'll look into that wash. I decided to try Noxema (sp?) today, just to see how things might work out.

As for your back, scrubbing works for me. But it might aggravate it also. But like I said, it works for me. Try it.

And by scrubbing I mean those scrubbing sort of towels... I don't know if you know what I mean, but it sort of scrapes your skin and gets rid of dead skin and lifts off dirt and bacteria. Also, there is probably medication to treat it, but if it doesn't bother you too much, then just let it be.

I wasn't kidding when I said it was genetic though... some people have pimples on their face, others have it on their back.
