Correct - the dot in position 6 indicates the next letter is in upper case(the places are arranged as below)

Simmilarly, dots in position 3,4,5 & 6 indicates the next sequence of characters is a number (then the same character is used for a and 1, b and 2 etc.)

Ha, that is ironic. The only people who can "read" it can't, and the people who can see it can't read it.
