What's up with the awesomely annoying pop-up survey thing?

It pops up every single time you refresh the screen.

For the record, I took the survey. I could use the $500. But dang, it keeps coming back...like my son's mother, it just won't go away. :disgust:

For those of you that haven't done the survey, it's about name recognition. P4 vs. AthlonFX/51, basically.
