Whats up with my DVD-Rom?

Or it maybe the software but I don't know how it could be. I have tried WMP,WinDVD(2 versions) and PowerDVD. The movie looks like its zoomed in on all 3 but its not. I check the settings and all looked good. Anyone have any idea why its doing this?
 
Didnt think to check my video card settings but their was a zoom feature in the driver tabs and it was set to zoom in. Thanks for the info.
