whats up with Lexun Backup?

I tried to create a backup of my current disc using Lexun backup. I have RAID 0 on primary, and a third 250GB HD for backup. I ran the damn thing and the 250GB disc is still "empty." Unless looking at properties which says 72GB is used (my main disc is using 73GB), but the little pie chart is basically saying its empty. Its safe to say that it failed, right (tried to restore and Lexun didnt like that)? Im just going to reformat the drive and toss Lexun in the trash bin.
