Refuse the sale as you stated in your listing that you only ship to the US & Canada.

depends, if he has a good rating then it is prob safe to sell, charge more for shipping. This is what I usually do.

it never fails... i've sold many large items on ebay that I specifically put in capital letters "WILL NOT SHIP, LOCAL PICKUP OR DELIVERY ONLY" and someone ALWAYS asks me how they can get the item shipped to their place across the country or internationally. i then ban them from bidding on my auction. i have concluded that ebayers are illiterate, so i always put nice pics of what i am selling..

Guess everyone gets their fair share. I have a guy right now wanting to know where to send his check even though it specifically states paypal only.:disgust:

It's up to you how you want to deal with him since you did state in your auction only to US and Canada. If I was in your situation, I'd start by assessing his feedback, then find out if you are comfortable with taking paypal from him. If you aren't, there's always bidpay, which is a safe way to go.

My auctions, I ship international but if you buy through me and want it international (yes, even Canada since the address isn't verified) you are going to pay alot for shipping, I include a "self-insurance" fee so that if I ever get scammed I'll still have made up for that.

You can always refuse to sell it to him and then offer the 2nd highest bidder the option of buying it....

well the guy only has 3 postives. but no negitives.

looks like he has been purchasing games.

I have been looking around ebay but cant find a link where i can cancel the bid. yes i see the 2nd chance thing.

i dont know if i should cancel or give the guy a chance. granted it is only a $24 bid but i dont want to get taken. already have once on a $150 camera :(

He no speaky the Englese very goods.

All my auctions are shippable worldwide - but they pay shipping. If you'll pay the bread, I'll overnight express it to Afghanistan for you. Long as I get my money first.

Indonesia is still king of the credit card fraud world. Just too hard to beat when the police there openly support fraud and get kickbacks from each fraudulent shipment that comes in.
