What's up with Ben Affleck's evil clone???

Just finished watching 'Confidence'. I've seen him before (Saving Private Ryan) but never realized how similar they look. I call him the evil twin because he's got this gruff, almost raspy voice. I'm thinking they give him parts when Ben turns them down?

So how long before these two are cast as brothers? Maybe throw in James Gandolfini as their dad (in my 'Sopranos' poster he's been airbrushed so much he looks like Ben Affleck.)
