What's up with all these public people with bad teeth?

I was just looking at drudgereport.com and there was a pic of Condi Rice, and it makes me wonder why people with busted up grills don't get them fixed, especially when they can afford it. Do you know anyone like this?

I was thinking about this the other day when I saw Jewel. I think she's quite attractive, but when she smiles those snaggleteeth definitely turn me off. Why not get Invisilign, or something that's non-obtrusive that would correct them?

I don't think that desiring straight, even and clean teeth is a bad thing.

Veneers and constant bleaching, on the other hand, look far too fake. (Anyone else notice a lot of 20something girls now get veneers? 😕 )
