Is it just me, or have the media award ceremonies quadrupled or more in the last 15 years? Sure the Oscars and Tonys and all those are standards, but now it seems there's an award for every Tom, Dick, and Harry who puts slop on any type of media.
Heck, most of the spoof and indie stuff on the web is more creative than the drivel we are being bonbarded by.
If this is the way it's going to be, so be it, but I want a piece of the pie. I want to start my own award. I don't know what categories there will be but maybe people can suggest categories (besides lamest posts).
