Hey Rudy, and everybody else.. Starting crunching back up again.. Had a lot going on, and had to stop the crunching for a while.. (New Job, Move etc).. I noticed SIMAP has quit, and now all I got my rig doing is Milkyway. What is the team focusing on now that was doing SIMAP?

How are the new 6000 series of Radeons looking for crunching? I don't think the 6800 series can top the 5850 I got but the newer 6900 look interesting.. Thinking about throwing in a 1075 or 1090 to get six cores going.

We were doing Orbit this month, but it kinda died as well. Not sure beyond that.

We were also trying to do QuantumFire Alpha but I think that ended. Might be nice to give Virtual Prairie a shot as somebody else pointed out we're only in 53rd place on that. We've already managed to jump up from 90th in the last week or so, you might want to join us while they still have WUs?

Come to think of it I will increase my share on this project until we find another :)

Oh pardon me, I had the teams listed in order of average recent credit. In order of total credit we're 88th. Still not bad for 14 active users :)

Welcome back Bradtech519!

We haven't voted on a project for November, but I think we could do some from the October list while we get ready for the December FaH and PrimeGrid races.

rabrittain and I are doing Cosmology@Home. TeAm is 58th place there.

Biodoc and others are doing Virtual Prairie.

SIMAP and QuantumFIRE will both return in January.

RNA World is linux only and has no checkpointing and the WUs are quite long.

I lost one that was 120+ hours and at 43%. Biodoc is over 600 hours on one.

Hi all!
Good idea on doing the October projects.
I have my comps crunching a race with mk (first one to 80 M in BOINC total) but am crunching Cosmology on one computer (I think ... yes it is!)

my work mac will have to stay on prime grid since it is not compatible with cosmology or prairie :(. Ill get the other ones rolling. I was also wondering what is the best bang for your buck for gpu crunching (of course there are projects better for amd or nvivida).
