I've got an Asus K8V-SE Deluxe w/an A64 3200+ (w/the Artic Cooling hsf) & 2 gigs of G.Skill dual channel ram.
I'm pondering the Intel purchase (Intel motherboard & E6300), but i'll need to get new ram, a new vid card & an SATA drive.
I know what the going rate is on the ram from Newegg, but am unsure about the mb/cpu bundle.
How much do people usually reduce their prices on ram when it's still available & still fairly popular? Or is PC3200 ram still popular?
I figure there's no sense even trying to sell my 9800 Pro w/aftermarket cooler. The old hsf went out on it & I figure I couldn't get much more than what I paid for the aftermarket cooler for the card w/it on there.
Thanks for any help, but keep the figures serious, plz?
 
Are you asking how much the 9800 is worth? No price checks allowed on AT... YGPM though...

EDIT: You can still get 1gb of ddr400 for $100 or so, but it will be slowly diminishing from here on in. I doubt you'll see any specials on it...
