whats this wire coming out of my power supply?????

I just got 1 of those antec sx830.......... and the power supply has a white and a black wire coming out of it... looks like its a fan connecter.... its not to the ps fan is it???

It is for the PS fan, but it is for monitoring only. It does not obtain it's power through that connection.
