I had people asking to buy my p4 1.8 512mb, no HD, CD-RW, 430 PSU, ECS P4 Mobo and beautiful Antec "Overture" for $250.00 I think it's very similiar.

His CPU is better and you never mentioned the quality of your RAM. Trust me, I'm in the FS section of this forum and many others, $250 is cheap for that setup.
