Whats this problem with the Raptors and the Abit IP35

i'd like to get the Abit Ip35 and i have 2 x 150gb raptors. i heard theres a problem witt the board and raptors and not reading them.

is there a fix? and does this problem exist with the Gigabyte DS3P?

it's a weird 1 because
a) it certainly doesn't affect all IP35/Raptor users
b) sometimes writing 0s to the HDD solves the problem

the P5K Premium certainly had it worse re. HDD compatability but I haven't really followed whether it's been seen on Gigabytes or others.

Appears to be an issue with some Raptor drives and P35 boards...Abit, Asus, and probably Gigabyte.

i can confirm that there are no problems with any raptor (i have 2) and the p35-ds3P
