What's this molex power insert for?? Asus 939 A8n-sli

It is for extra power for the PCI-E slot. are you running SLI or a high wattage video card?, if so I recommend you plug in a molex cable

is an 8800gt high wattage?

No. Mobo manufacturers started putting those on the boards cause they were a lot of older cards (geforce 6-7 and related ATI cards) that would pull tons of current over the pcie slot wheres later cards like the 8800GT draw the majority of their power from the 6 and 8 pin connectors. I'm running an 8800GT with a volt mod on a 965 board with no molex connector and it's been doing fine for the past 3 years or w/e it's been. With the geforce 8 and related ati cards the engineers got smarter and started designing cards that suck most of their power thru the 6 and 8 pin pcie power connectors vs. the pcie slot.
