It sounds something like minor cyclin or something like that, I'm not sure exactly how its spelled or how it sounds but its something like that. And what does it do?? Thanks.

If you're thinking about minocycline, it's an antibiotic.

I am going to wager a guess that it was prescribed for acne; which is arguably the most common use today.
