"Minimum 1 year technical experience in a technology refresh or rollout environment, desktop support, or related computer hardware field"

If you do not understand what they're looking for, then that job is not for you. As Ryuson99 states, that posting means exactly what it says.

you need to have experience beating users into submission so they will accept new software that they don't want to use.

half the time the requirement doesn't mean crap to the company. if you have the right attitude you might be able to pull it off

Doing hardware and software rollouts basically means you're setting up computers and installing software either with Norton Ghost or some other imaging software. You'll pick it up...I know morons that do that stuff every day and they get paid....you could too.

or, trawl the news archives for a tech company that burnt to the ground and lost all their data incl employee history, then say you worked for them (altho not in the dept responsible for the fire..lol) for over a year......they cant disprove it...hehe

i think..i dunno, i live in England, mebbe they could check in USA, but would work over here..lol

Ya I guess I'll apply. I mean I could setup Norton Ghost right now for the first time and do it pretty easy I'm sure. I'm pretty much the guy that fixes everyones computer in my family but have never had a tech job of any kind. MAbye this could be a starting point.
