what's this exe running in my processes ?

twor.exe (google is unhelpful)

I was hit by the Websearch spyware past weekend and managed to remove it via symantec's manual instructions (their auto-removal tool didn't work)... now I'm paranoid and don't think I've seen twor.exe in my task manager processes before. Anyone know if this is malicious ? I know the Websearch spyware put a handful of exe's in there but I got rid of the obvious ones via that manual fix... not sure about this one.

I dont know about this "websearch spyware" thing, but...

When was the last time you installed/updated anything?
Where is the process located?
Has your firewall objected?
Did you run an update for your AV, then a full sys scan?
Is it in your startup list?
Is it in your services list?

Off the top of my head, these are the questions i would ask myself before deleting, but ultimately i would delete without much thought.

goto http://faqs.cogia.net/faqs/programkill.php and read carefully everything. download the small program and try killing the twor.exe file. Try using your pc normally & if everything is ok, try renaming the file to some thing else (like twor.old etc).

U can also try disabling it using "hijack this"
