Whats this about PC133 and KT133?

I heard somewhere(probably here) that because of the bus speed, it does not give you a performance boost if you use PC133 or PC100 RAM on a KT133 mobo. Any truth in this?

setting 133 does make a difference in my case.

On the Via KT133 board & most Via boards you can run your memory independent of the main bus speed so you get a nice little extra bandwidth with PC133 ram so yes it does help.
