So im on a week long business trip. I do take a lot of photos and I need people's opinion on what places are good to take. I work around 8-5 so i have a bit of daylight time to take pictures...

thanks

see my pictures in my photoblog @ Denver International

Redrock is a cool place to photo. Rent a car, and drive out into the foothill or mountains. There are plenty of waterfalls, animals, beautiful mountains to photograph. Get up above the city and get some cityscape pictures.

Free beer at the Coors factory, not enough to make it worth the long boring tour though.

That's what the "short" tour is for 😛

OP, if you're headed out towards Golden, check out Red Rocks Park. It's a nice place for shooting photos. If you any more time at all, head for the mountains and check out Rocky Mtn Natl Park (obvioiusly), as well as Estes Park (little town on the edge of the park), and maybe Central City. In Denver, the 16th St mall and the new areas surrounding Coors Field are also pretty nice.

Bwaahahaahahh

I used to go there all the time when I was a kid. Man that place was fun. As an adult, well...let's just say that the little flag for unlimited sopapillas will become your best friend in that place. Terrible food (except for the sopapillas, of course), and you can't fit in any of those little caves they have. Sucks to be an adult. 😛

EDIT: I remember when I was little, there used to be a Toys'R'Us right next door. Casa Bonita + toys = greatest strip mall EVER. *sigh* good times...

This place is the $hit, it was on Southpark even. Don't get any entrees, but eat the sopapillas.

There is a lot of good night life...The Church (night club), Funky Buddha, Market Street, Lodo. Park Meadows mall is pretty nice. My old roomate is from there, and we go several times per year. Check out Maggianos for a good Italian dinner, its downtown in the 16th street mall.

red Rock and if it wasn't the middle of winter, the Botanical gardens.

Downtown has a few picture locations as well, as does the Airport ( in the middle of fricken nowhere )

If you are a camera buff head North to Rocky Mountain National park. I think a week sticker costs 12-15 bucks and the scenery is breath taking. Last time I was out there I had a huge trophy elk feeding about 15 feet away from my car. I also seen a heard of about 50 Mule deer. My Ex and I hiked the old Indian trails and that was alot of fun also.

Word of warning....DO NOT use the sh!tter on top of the mountain....I still have nightmare about it 😉
