What's the worst seller rating you've ever seen on E-BAY?

Just curious, even the worst sellers still have like a 95% positive response rate...so what's the use of having a buyer rating system if there's no stratification between the different levels of sellers?

I've seen it in the 70% area a few times...but those people only have like 20 feedbacks.

Based on 10K+ feedbacks? Something like 92% I think. I only shop w/ 99% sellers.

Even newegg (one of the most respected vendors on these boards) has made customers unhappy.

Well, I think part of it is that if you have a low seller rating, you will probably stop using Ebay or abandon the account and open a new one.
