Last weekend I was in BadBuy (my wife's nickname for them). I was trying to buy a USB Flash drive and the guy said the rebate doesn't apply if I do price match. I thought he was bluffing but when I came home and read the rebate condition... WTF, it state in there that the rebate void if there is a price match.
Why in the world would they even has that in the rebate? Not like Badbuy even price match with online that sale 80% cheaper.
I think Badbuy used to have a 10% restocking fee, now it's 15%. And from what I understand, this restocking fee applies on all except for broken/damage/exchange. But the gentleman at customer service did a full refund for me without saying anything.
Anyway, their policy starting to get more and more sh*tty.
